AF Lens

I use AF cause it's hard to see the postage stamp at the end of the tunnel.

But that's all gonna change soon.

Does anyone know how to turn it off? o.o?

Depends on your system.

I've got Nikon and the lenses have either a ring that you turn to M or A (Manual or Auto) settings or a switch on the lens that does the same. There is also a switch on the body of my camera that allows you to turn it off.

I'm assuming Canon has something similar but I don't know.

What kind of system do you have?
