I pick out the best shots, edit those shots and keep the edit and original of those shots. The rest I delete.

i keep 90% of them. the only time i delete a RAW is if it's a blatantly SNAFU'd shot like totally OOF or something else messing it up. other than that, all are archived on my external HD.

Pretty much this. I edit the RAW and convert to JPEG for easy viewing. I keep the original RAW too.
