Its created curve light mask and curve dark mask and basically taking your time masking in lights and darks with dodging and burning the original layer.

Then creating color balance layers, sharpening layers and so on masking everything in.

On this image I used some brushes I created that give light rays and dust particles in the air.

I saw that previous post and I must say that compared with this one, is no success and I would never guessed it's the same technique.

Please don't get me wrong, I think this processing is a great one and that you nailed it. The previous one, I didn't like

NO worries, I understand that not everything I do everyone is going to like nor will I. Just like when I started doing HDR, I thought it was really really good and was told it was way over the top. Now looking back I can see
why, it took me a while to get the processing down to where now I am consistent and have developed my own techniques that work.

I dabbed into this method a while back actually a long time ago and it stayed on the back burner. I started doing this again recently and hopefully like HDR I will get to that same point in my processing.
I honestly do like the past two because they are more like a painting but I can see that the second one is probably over done. Thats why I post them so I can get feedback good or bad and implement it so I can improve.

I am glad this one is pleasing to your eyes 8). I Have done a few more but I thought I would pick my best one thus far to post and see the feedback.
