Fantastic... especially the 1st and 4th ones.

How did you get the focus on the plane in the first one. Did you focus on it and then quickly recompose the image?

I'm impressed. This is pretty far from anything I can do or have tried to do, so constructive critique is pretty much out of the question from me. How long is your lens? I love the compressed perspective with those huge looming mountains.

Exactly, that's how I did it.

What lens was used for this? And what camera?

All images were taken with a Canon 300D and a 100-400L IS USM lens.

If I tried to get that close to an airport here, I'd be thrown in jail and interogated thoroughly. After 9/11, they don't take kindly to observers.
