I dont know if its low quality jpeg or what but as mentioned above the sky is messed up. Also the foreground is really dark.

Here's my brutally honest....

Black borders around images completely distract me from looking at the image. I can't even look at the image because my eyes follow directly to the black frame, especially with a framing of this size.

The image quality looks worse than images I've gotten from my very first digital camera, a 0.25 MP Casio from 1996. What was this shot with?

horizon is almost dead center and the sky looks photoshoped, the black frame kills it, the forground is too dark and the tree right in the front is distracting

I didn't think it looked too bad until I read everyone else's posts!

I have a lot to learn about this stuff... to be honest it does look like a photoshop'ed sky.

My sister live's in AK... where do you live?

yea the sky is messed up probably because of the resizing. What did you use to resize the picture? And also with the horizon being almost center. Research "The Rule of Thirds". Sorry I want to write more but I just came back from work and to tired to write lol.
