I agree, everyone should visit Alaska. In college I spent June, July, and August in Fairbanks. That golden hour around sunset and sunrise was more like 4-5 hours in the middle of the night. And some great scenery to boot. Had an Advantix back then (didn't really know a lot about photography) and got a few good pics. Would love to go back!

I lived in Fairbanks for 4 years. It's an amazing place to visit, but you have to live there to actually experience it!!!
