Here are some photos from our trip around Alaska. I have been enjoying the different wildlife up here!


1. Bald Eagle cruising in Haines.


2. Juvenile Bald Eagle in Haines. I really like the markings on this one


3. Grizzly.. ok not in Alaska but right near the border in Yukon!


4. Oystercatcher's.


5. Stellar Sea Lion devouring a Salmon. This one is one of my favorite shots I've taken.


6. Harbor Seals near... Surprise Glacier I believe.


7. Female Greater Scaup getting jiggy with it

9. American Dipper. I've never seen these birds before so I didn't know about their completely white eye lids. Pretty interesting when they blink.


10. I thoroughly enjoyed viewing this Bald Eagle nest, and photographing it too!


11. Dall Sheep and it's Lamb coming down for some food.

Great wild life photos. The obvious thing for me to do here is agree with the others about #5, but I also like the griz and the American Dipper.

Those are all great shots. My favorite is the stellar sea lion with the salmon. Perfect shot! Caught it at just the right moment!
