sure it does...there was wine in the glasses, and the glasses are a part of the clutter.

Technically, it's fine.
Focus is where it should be, DOF is fine, exposure is fine (though a little dark - but I guess that's the point). WB may be a little off, but I think it works here.

...It just isn't that interesting to me.

It just looks like a couple wine glasses and some paper towles. Not very creative...

Thanks a lot for confirming I can techincally take a photo.

As for the content, I find it rather insulting that you, seemingly a plain stick in the mud, would associate your shallow thinking to the quality of the photo. Please lock this thread if necessary. I hate posting in shallow waters anyways.
