Got the baby a new hat (and gloves) today, just had to take a quick picture of her in it.

More just testing out my "christmas bokeh" setup for the holiday cards my wife would like to send out.

All comments and critique is always welcomed and appreciated.

Can't legally fix that, sorry.

Working on a better bokeh backdrop, I will post up here when I reshoot- same model of course.

you got great subject matter, she is seriously one cute child!!!

Outstanding shot, absolutely goregeous :thumbup::thumbup:
Personally I am not diggin the 2nd version, especially after seeing the first.

Love the uncluttered colour, bokeh and your daughters eyes, blue this time huh, lol.

3 main colours seems to work really well, pink, yellow and blue.

Excellent work.

I love how her skin tone looks perfect. I obviously don't actually know your daugher, but I would imagine that is exactly what her skin looks like - nice and warm. The hat and eyes stand out nicely.

She's adorable - I'm sure its hard to get a bad picture!!

You can see a tinge of green in there... it is odd how they change with the different lighting setups. Push a lot of light onto her and they come out very green... a single strobe (the setup for this shot) and they look almost completely blue. A domed speedlight on camera and they are half and half.

I don't play with any coloring in post, my wife would kill me if I did... she says she doesn't like the "fake baby" look.

Yeah, the 2nd one is more just me playing around than being serious.
