This is basically a blooper. If my toy digital's shutter had been a bit faster to fire this would have been awesome in my opinion... but the stupid bird moved and his head is lost in shadow:

Oh well.

You should turn the picture upside down. It looks better that way, IMO!

I think the shot is just great.. even if the bird had moved his head, but stii it looks nice because we can see his whole body with his head in the shadow

Upside down is a bit disorientating for me. But I like how the lack of the entire bird (lost in the shadow) and the lack of the person but capturing the entire shadow of each is interesting.

BTW this is unprocessed, except for resizing.. the conditions made it look black and white but it's not desaturated..
