Alone at sunset

This girl looked very alone and disconnected from the many groups of students and families who were out along the Charles River at sunset Sunday. It was move in weekend for most of the dorms so it was pretty crowded and this girl was just sitting alone soaking in the views. So unusual these days to see a young person sitting alone and not looking down at their phone.

I was working without a zoom but did back way out for a wider shot that really emphasized how many others were around but I must have flinched when I hit the shutter because I missed focus.
