Am I over/under processing in PS

Unable to answer. A correct answer depends on too many unknowns.

1. What do the original images look like?
2. What did you intend the images to look like?
3. What steps did you use in post?
4. Did the final image meet your intent?

Do you calibrate your monitor? If not.. then a normal calibrated exposure might look way over or under on your display! You do have blown out areas on all three photos, which is to be avoided.

No, I have not calibrated my monitors yet. The only processing I did on these photos were color (white) balancing. I'm still learning photoshop and all the features.

+1.

Without a before the edit to look at no C&C can be given. The photos have some exposure technical issues that are best addressed before the shutter is released.

Also post your photos here, instead of just a link. It makes it so much easier for the people you are asking help from.
You should also choose an edit preference for your profile.

You don't say which Photoshop you have. Photoshop Elements 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 ,6? Photoshop Lightroom 4, 3, 2? Photoshop CS 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.

Using any of those, it is easiest to set the white balance using the Camera Raw/Develop module White Balance tool. (Camera Raw/Develop module are all ACR)
