Much prefer the second shot, although (and this is just MY own preference) I would have had "Amanda" dressed in something not as colourful, as this detracts a little from that lovely lush green moss in the background on the tree.

Something to contrast with that may have been a good choice. Nice pictures nonetheless.

Besides being too dark (especially #2) I don't have many complaints. Both shots are keepers especially if the model is your friend or relative.

#2 would be my fav a/c the composition is more to my personal liking. But on my monitor there seems to be (for me at least) unacceptable noise in her complexion. unaltered complexions seem to be favored by more critiquers than not, but I'm not usually one of those who favor unedited complexions.

I'm just expressing my own personal take and I do not mean to imply that your images are incorrect or unacceptable.
