Amazing Technique- How To?

Not exactly photography, but I am still curious about the process, was it just a bunch of stills overlapped? How would you do it?

I wouldn't be surprised if the "stills" were all video captures. Megan Fox's recent "photoshoot" were just captured images off the High Def video of her waking up and lounging around by the pool.

It's stills from the video [freeze frames] or from the still camera....then edited in a program such as Final Cut.

It would probably take a long day (10 hours or so) to do the editing with Final Cut.

The time consuming part would be planning and storyboarding the video and then going out to take the shots you wanted to use.
