Regarding the slight shake it may be your tripod (is not study enough against wind) or the mirror. Doesn't the camera have a setting to rise the mirror first and then take the shot?
Anyhow, I find it a good photo as it is. Colorful, reflections, interesting, full of life and joy. The sky bothers me a bit. Maybe you can limit the shake of the stars in post-processing (increase the contrast of the sky perhaps?)
