Welcome to ThePhotoForum, FeroxFemina, and thanks for sharing your first few photos with us. They are ALL good. Wow. That little girl has such a lovely, very endearing smile. Is she yours?

And I am a great fan of photos taken at or of cemeteries, so I cannot but like your close-ups on little details at a cemetery. Very nice, well seen, well focused, well exposed. All good.

Thank you. I'm a bit nervous sharing my beginner's work among so many fantastic photographers. But whay's the fun in not jumping off a bridge once in awhile? ;)

Yes, the little one is mine! She's my youngest, at 9months old.

The statues were at Woodland Cemetary, of Dayton, OH. Very old. It's also the highest point in the city - but the day was cloudy, with the wind blowing, so I didn't any "worthy" shots of a cityscape.

Well, the hazy weather might as well have served your purpose of getting the cemetery photos right, for I sometimes find the harsh shadows you get from bright sunlight too much for the statues and angels at the cemeteries. So I guess you were lucky.

Oh, and by the way, I've meanwhile been to your blog and red some on you, so know by now that she's your youngest ;) ... and who the other two are, and have seen some photos and must say: you have nothing to fear! Nothing at all. You seem to have left the stages of being a mere beginner a long while ago! So post! And post more :D.

I loved her eyes so much in the first one I was sorry that the second was B/W, however the 3rd is so adorable that I moved past that thought...
