I think this is, in general, a pretty terrific image.
Perhaps you could consider:
Lightening and increasing contrast in face
Darkening hand
darkening jacket and removing blue cast.

That white jacket is a killer. A light tan one would be better.
Here's a rough, very, try.
You could change the shirt color also.

She looks like she's thinking of what punishment you are going to get for taking that photo.
