I photograph breakfast.
It’s not breakfast; it’s what I call breakfast.
Nor is it food; only what I call food.
What I call food means something different as the day passes, and different to others.
And the photo is not breakfast; only a representation.
The photo is not food, nor anything beyond what I call it: photo.
And so it goes.
