It makes me want to ask who feels like they could do this type of shot? I know I would be very anxious at these hights.

I see no safty equipment, I would do it with a harness...

I could imagine doing quite a bit with a saftey harness, I doubt I could put the camera up to my face a block all of my peripheral vision at those heights without a harness of some sort. I know this from the trying to shoot over a cliff once....I was good until I pulled the camera up to my face....
