Another Crossword Critter

I seem to attract this kind of company when sitting in the sun doing the NYTimes Crossword.
I don't know what kind of spider this is. My first guess was a slow-moving Amish one, with a warning light hanging from its rear. It looked at me for a while, left for a while, and came back to look at me some more. (iPhone 7+ shot)
