Very serene! I think the image would substantially stronger were you to crop away that bit of bottom with what appears to be barbed-wire or something running across it.

Thanks. I debated on whether that should be cropped out.

I would vote with tirediron to crop the barbed wire. If it was mine I might also crop the tree on the right as it takes the viewers attention away from the tree in the middle which, I am guessing, is the main subject.

Have you done a black and white conversion of this one - it would be interesting to see what it looks like - just a thought.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to try the different crop. Haven't tried black and white yet.
