Yeah, they are -- I was kinda stuck, though, as the pano demands one single exposure, and the lights of the city vary pretty dramatically as you pan up Manhattan. You expose for the light of Broadway & everything else is underexposed -- you expose for the light of the Financial District, and the whole Broadway/Empire State Building/Times Square area is overexposed.
