Another lens question (fisheye/wide angle)

I have a Minolta Dimage A2 digital and am looking for a fisheye lens to shoot action shots of people riding bmx bikes(like on the X games, but shooting from a closer point of view) I've heard I'd like around a .3 - .4 lens, but I don't know were to begin to start shopping for one. The lens thread size is 49mm. I don't want to break the bank on a lens, but I'm willing to spend a couple hundred bucks or so. If anyone can recommend a lens new or used or needs more info to make a good recommendation just post it here. I'd really appreciate the input.
