Another Owl

Same woods a day later than Airic, this time not a barred owl but a great gray.[

Very good indeed. Here I live in the great white north and you guys inthe south are getting all the animal shots, looks like I may have tomove south again. Congradulations on the picture.

According to most wildlife posts this is the best year in 25 for birds in the southern part of Ontario. So grab those telephotos and shoot shoot shoot. Who knows in the next 25. Thanks for the feedback.

I haven't seen a live owl in all my life, and you go around and find them even POSING for you! I'm surprised that you get as near as you do, telephoto lense or not. You do get near! I am impressed!
