Another strobe question

Hey guys theres been alot of these late so im sorry but im looking for some advice

say i have a Nikon D50 and 2 SB-24/25/26/27/28's

is there a way i can use one on camera and have one in my hand or on a stand?

some of you will probs say why nt just go wireless and get to stand etc but thats not practical

i want one on camera and to be able to have someone else or a stand holding the second!

You're not making any sense.

If I'm interpretting gibberish correctly, a pc cable should work.

the D50 dusnt have a pc port and obviously. 1 hot shoe

but i want to use 2 flashes
one on camera and one off

A $10 optical trigger or the under $40 Gadget Infinity wireless triggers is all that you need. You will lose TTL or iTTL, obviously... unless you invest in the way more expensive radio poppers.

The question you SHOULD be asking is... if I can get the flash off camera, why would I ever consider putting it back there?

The answer to your question is yes... IF your flash has a PC sync OUT cable.
