I dont see how black and white works here, too many colors that might bring out the "kid" look in this a little better. Putting that aside, in pic #2 the focus seems to be on the bear more than your son. #1 looks too staged and serious for the subject.

Dont get me wrong, they are not "bad" and if you like them thats great. I'm just telling you what I notice.

i shot with B&W mode for #1 yeah he to serious and #2 i think you right...if you ask me "i like it or not ?" yes i love it but i need to be right...so i can handle with like or not ehheheheh

In the colour one, the focus again slipped from your boy's face to the bear's face.
And in the first I really "suffer" from seeing his feet clipped off at his ankles... plus he has a "pole growing out of his head". On your way to getting better portraits, you should learn to look for all those things when you plan your photos.

Way too heavy with the noise reduction. The kid's face in #2 looks like an oil painting. Yes, you have focus issues. These also feel a little dark to me.

On the up side, the kid is charming, and you found some lovely light and some good, charming poses.

Just a tip. Never shoot a B&W on the camera always shoot colour then convert to mono in photoshop. B&W on camera is very basic plus you don't have a colour version to go back on.
