totally agree with this.. at first i was like.. aww they are cute.. but then i was like oh wait, he's a perv...

subject aside...

its not very well focused.. contrast is all outta whack

Need to focus on faces(eyes in specific). As Chris said contrast is way off, color correction would be nice. Did you use a warming filter?
Shoulda had him bring his face further to his left to see it all.
Play with highlights and midtones, his black suit merges in to much with her skirt and the background.
And the crop is to tight on the sides and to centered. If you are going to try full length, get full length, looks off with just the feet cropped.
And yes it's cute, but the hand on the boob, with this type of shot is distracting. Had it been set up as a "sexy" shot it would work, but not with this style.
