This one is much better! Much much better. Looks a bit like something from an old tv show like Magnum or Knight Rider with that chair and background. Like it!

And I believe your face is out of focus.

Its better but it still seems kinda boring.

My guess for what is on my forehead would be specular highlight. I guess that is what I get for using hard light. As for it being boring I'm still trying to figure out how to fix that what can I say I'm boring.

Probably.

I use a volleyball for lighting, but it works on focus too.

Better but not there yet. Portraits should have the face as the most focused feature. Also be mindful of where you crop. Never at a joint (see your left knee).
