Above each Flickr image there is a link for sharing...it has the Facebook icon, drop down, select BBcode, copy then paste here.

Just as a heads up, you won't get much C&C unless you narrow it down to just a few shots. If you pinpoint a few then the real experienced people on this site will chime in and give you some technical feedback on your photography. Otherwise, I like your shots, especially one of the shots of the gull.

Ah Seagulls, rats of the bird world.

Narrowed, CHECK! Which shot did you like?

Ah Seagulls, rats of the bird world.

Jeje, why do you say that? OUt of curiosity =p

the background on the first one is a bit distracting, maybe if you would have focused on the waterfall and had the flowers in the front oof it would have looked nice, idk though.

the second one is just kind of bland. The two trees ruin the shot.

the rose seems a tad over exposed in a few places, and the background is just kind of boring. It doesn't really "pop" if you get my drift.

I like the seagull one, but it would be better if the pier in the background was blurred quite a bit more, maybe try a tighter crop as well.

I like the concept of this one, but the color of the water, and the concrete fountain head just ruin the picture. There's also too much (debatable) empty space in the sky. I would try the shot from an angle hiding the concrete in the water. Then maybe saturate the water more. The murky look doesn't fit with the bright blue sky, and bright green flowers.

1. On the first, I focused closer up because originally i was going to do what you said but the butterfly landed and i captured that instead.

2. By bland, you mean no real focus point? and i figured the two trees fit composition, not the best idea?

3. Yea i catch your drift jeje, how could i improve a shot like that?

4. The seagull has alot of sky in it now that i think of it.

5. I see, hmm thanks! =D

I didn't even notice the butterfly til you mentioned it. I think zooming on the bfly, and allowing the background to stay in focus as well would have looked pretty nice, although not sure.

Composition wise, they make a good natural frame, yeah. but there's a pretty amazing looking waterfall right behind them, and the tree cuts it off. Also the plants in the very front are distracting. I think the water should have been your main subject, or if you still wanted to go for the trees, done away with the plants in the front, and gotten at such an angle to show the entire waterfall.

Flowers are tough to shoot, (or so I'm assuming). A natural green leaf background is pretty cliche, seen it a million times. Not sure how to improve such a shot.
