Any equine/pet/livestock photographers out there?

I know she has a speck of dirt on her head that needs to be removed, but other than that what do you think? I couldn't find the original, so I had to copy it from another site I had it posted on. I will keep looking, because I want you to see it in color, so you can critique that too. Also I'm going to assume it's cropped in too tight for printing? (Not that I'm going to print this one, but if I was..)
Also I have a couple of horse photos, but I need to find them. My computer crashed and I lost all of my organized files. The photos are luckily backed up, but my back up system is about as organized as my 5yr olds bedroom. Lesson learned there..

Oh and I need to add, I don't have any studio equipment yet. I have my camera, the kit lens (18-55), a 50mm 1.8, ttl flash, tripod and a wireless remote. I have been known to use my (silver) car windshield reflector as a reflector to help with outdoor lighting. Again, don't judge! lol.

Not bad, but i would rather have seen it a bit wider and i think this probably looks better than the color
