Any Ideas?

Not looking for feedback so much (unless you really care to) as information. I found this painted on the door of an old Ford F5 (shown in a couple of posts in the b&w forum). I don't know if it is standard labeling or not. Anyone recognize the format? Just looking for info.

Looks military. At the least, like it belonged to a fleet at some point, corp or .mil.
