any one have any experience or knowledge of healing stones or crystals, how they work? mixing differ

There is a lot of literature to support the benefits of acupuncture on IBS, fibromyalgia, RLS, chronic pain, etc. I've also had a lot of success with biofeedback in my patients.

Thank you! I will look into that.

I have been trying to PM you for two days now, and I keep getting an error message. Not sure why as I am able to PM others. Would you try PMing me?

PM sent. Not sure why you can't send to me. I've received many other pm's from others.

It's not her inbox! For some reason I get an error every time I send something too long? (Or something like that it seems?)/

I'm a bit late. I am sorry for your poor health. I'm just reinforcing what you know and others have stated, health starts with diet and activity. Consistency is important for both. Continue to treat with Western medicine/procedures but look deep into mediation, try tai chi and certainly check out acupuncture (at worse it may do nothing, it may have limited effect and it may have long term benefits).

You may need to think about a holistic approach to your problems.

Thanks Gary. Diet and activity are not the issue. I'm active and I eat extremely well. I totally plan on continuing the approach my doctor and I have planned, just looking for something to help. Thanks for your suggestions, looking into everything that people have suggested. Going to have an appointment with my physician as well to go over my plans so we can come up with a game plan. Thankfully, he's extremely open minded and within limits, is happy to support any alternative methods that won't undue what we've done so far.

I'll second (or third) acupuncture. A slightly different issue, but I have a friend who had monthly cramps so bad she would only be able to curl up on the floor and cry. And that was after meds. She was told this was all part of never being able to get pregnant.

One or two treatments and she commented that she could almost enjoy that week of the month. She is currently pregnant with their second and this one was entirely unplanned.

Give it a look. I hope you find something.
