Any recommendations for a tripod in the $80-100 range?

I want something with a quick release, and the ability to take vertical shots while the camera is mounted. I've been lookin at the calumet 7100 or 7300. Anyone kno of any other brands they would recommend? I dont care about name, I just want something that works well. Nothing fancy, just basic stuff. Anyone know of any places to get good quality used equipment? Thanks.

You can get a good monopod in that price range (no quick release) but not a new tripod that is good quality. Usually lots of used pods on ebay (I bought my bogen 3021/gitzo ball/gitzo QR there for about 250)
