Hi Guys, been lurking, and sporadically posting for awhile now, and I've recently gotten a camcorder for the pending birth of my first child (and no, the cam isn't coming into the delivery room), but I feel kinda lost with it, and I want to get it right.

I've done some searching, but Google returns lots of sites that aren't, ahem, family friendly :???:
