Any tips for improving this?

I truly love the mood of this shot. But I know there’s something in post I could have done to improve it, just not sure where to start. What suggestions would you have?

Could do with being just a tad lighter....

Not lighter overall. Just bring the shadows up to keep it from looking creepy.
