Any tips for using my new to me 1DMK4?

Dear Board,

I'm a hobbyist, my lenses are modest, and so too are my skills.

That said I enjoy shooting birds and wildlife and outdoor scenic shots.

With that in mind are there any tips or pointers anyone can offer to this "new" 1DMK4 owner? It's an upgrade from my 1DMK3, which was an upgrade from my 1DMK2. I like to use "proven" technology I guess?

Its quite an old camera with comparatively dated tech and spec now but I have owned one for many years and still use it regularly. It’s a tried and tested workhorse and I love it. I've used it just about exclusively for wildlife and the 1.3x crop comes in handy as does the high fps.

As for advice, not much really, just get out there and enjoy it as I'm sure you will.
