Any tips to make it better?

One thing that comes to mind for me, would be to desaturate everything but the girl, the lights, and her shadow. Leave the picture as a black and white and blue composition. I did this as quickly as I possibly could (just to give you an idea of what it might be like).

Also, I drastically disliked the original crop. I much prefer a horizontal composition. Personal preference.
