hrmmm. i think b&w would suit this image better... i would do a heavy amount of dodging of burning to try simplify and make the elements you desire stand out more for the photograph.

Maybe a high contrast paper would make the industrial feel stand out more?

maybey a bit more contrast and then burn the area where the water plunges into the water below (the white wash).
