It looks like the focus is not exactly on the cat. I can also see a fair amount of noise throughout the picture.
I think its a funny/neat concept, but I wish I could see the cats face. And I'm glad there is a cinder block behind the tire in the background, preventing the possibility that the car could roll over the cat.

I cant tell where the focus is.... it seems all blurry....

The image seems soft and noisy. I'd crop off the bottom of the image to get rid of some of the empty gray area under the bumper. Wish I could see the cat's face.

Do these specs look right?

yea, i cant say i get it... are you trying to make it look like the cat is about to get run over? or were you just take a picture of a cat without a face.... i'm really confused...

even I was confused when i took this picture that why the cat is looking below the car and when i checked it out there was another cat below the car. I tried to take a pic of both of them but couldn't as both of them ran away .. yes the specs are right.. I just started taking the pics actually. The focus is on the cats body if you see properly since I didnt have the face to focus at

glad we could help... not many comments here that would make me want to post more photos.. nothing bad about the comments, i just dont get your excitement in our comments... pretty much everyone who posts pictures gets feed back of some time on TPF
