I thought you were making a visual gag (recumbent stones and all that). It took me a second glance to see that. Hard to know for sure the intent. It's a very old symbol with deeper meanings than a political logo (which actually differs from how this is drawn). I visited Arbor Low about twenty five years ago. It was lit up by moonlight just as your picture looks in b&w.
