This doesn't do anything for me.

It looks tonally quite flat, which is not in and of itself a bad thing, but I feel like the subject has some drama (it's big, it's complex, you're looking up-up-up at it) and would be well served by some visual drama.

There's a lot of detail in here, and lot of interesting textures and lines and so on, but it doesn't feel coherent to me. There is a pretty clear center of interest in the large structure at the top of the building, but it is not supported visually (ha ha, obviously it IS architecturally) by the surrounding material. The busy lines and glass in the lower half of the frame compete strongly with the structure on top, and distract us from it. The sky is quite nice. I like the subtle texture there.

It is an interesting structure. Perhaps a part of the structure as a focus point instead of the whole thing.
