The response I was cooking up was going to be much more lengthy and possibly snarky in nature.

Instead I will censor myself, go shower and get ready go to grocery shopping.

I couldn't even watch them all. I started getting nauseous. But, to answer the question: No! They are not fauxtographers. They are the new, up-and-coming generation of "Professional Photographers".

Well, we KNOW you have the dress and the wig...soooooo....

But I doubt you have that awful, dark, five o'clock shadow type of beard that blond(e) he/she has. Right???

There's a Facebook fauxtographer in my area and he does engagement sessions out in the woods, and the couple are like 5% of the frame, and the rest is FILLED with brush and trees and plants!!! He has them hold hands, or kiss, off to the side of the frame, and they are as I said, like five PERCENT of the total picture area!!! In-town, he puts people in front of BUILDINGS, cuts off their feet, and has the frickin' buildings take up 80-98 percent of the total picture area. I am not making this up!

THese actually have INTERESTING backgrounds!!! The guy I am talking about shoots with messy brush, trees,saplings, weeds, tangles of downed limbs....I mean "brush"...what you are doing Schwetty is posing people in front of "scenes"...the fauxtographer I am talking about is, well, just simply CLUELESS about photographic technique...I can see that you are trying, have been working on various lens-looks, styles, etc...the fellow I am referring to is, oh...I don't have the time to describe how poor the work is...It is the most-gimmicky, most-awful stuff I have seen in YEARS--anywhere!!! He is a total "faux-tographer". You're just a young photographer Schwetty...the fellow I am talking about has about the same skill I had when I was in elementary school...he makes a lot of the same mistakes...he regularly CROPS OFF the feet from entire horizontal groups of wedding guests, about five inches above the ground...seriously...

I still remember the first time I said bokeh in a photography group. Naturally, I said it as bo-kay. I got the laughter, eye roll and then the proper way to pronounce it. I still read it as bo-kay but have to think before I say it.
