when i become ill my trail of photoshop runs out... WHY!! any of you got any cheap programs that are anything like PS?

Yes... there's a program called Gimp that's free and similar to photoshop

That's what I was gonna suggest. (although I hate gimp...I'm sure you'll be able to learn it easier than I did...cuz I still can barely do anything in it!) I have it on my work computer, purely for resizing and such, for pictures we use for work.

You could also try uninstalling PS, cleaning it out of your registry, and installing it fresh. That may give you another month of PS goodness!
