It's a good photo, but it doesn't really pull me in. I lose interest after about 2-3 seconds of looking at it. It looks like you lost a lot of detail in the clouds that could have probably improved the photo. Overall, you did a good job exposing the photo!

Looks like where I-10 goes through the Texas Hills near Dragoon, looking south east with the Texas Hills in the foreground and Dragoon Mountain in the background (Cochise Stronghold).

The shadows are a bit to deep and harsh for my taste.

Blending 2 exposures, or using the HDR technique are options when the light quality leaves a bit to be desired.
The background is hazy. A Skylight 1-A UV filter may have helped to cut the haze.

Using editing software you could select just the background and dial out some of the blue and boost the mid-tone contrast some.
There is also some haloing where the foreground rocks and background meet.

Thanks for the C&C, it was at roadside park southeast of Tucson Az. on I-10, did not think it was sexual.
