It looks a little strange with the fence completely washed out. Like a man in a dress with a head in the middle of his chest.

Lots of lines, which while adding to the composition on the one hand, makes it even more obvious that the image is overexposed with the left side of the image blown. As the above comment pointed out, "it looks strange". Building a composition involves working with the elements such that they all work together, you don't want one element completely overwhelming the other elements.
