There is another Firmware Update that Said could increase focus speed by as much as 20 - 50%. I Just updated mine and will find out if its noticeable when I get a chance.

Most likely yours will come back with the latest update if its coming back from sigma.The article is dated March 14 2016. Just be sure to use the current software version 1.2 for the dock.The current version for the lens is 1.1
