why iso 25000?

The trick to taking full moon photos like that is to take them one day before full moon. Then the difference in illumination between the moon and the foreground is much less.

I like the first one, but a bit noisy. Not sure why you used such a high ISO. Like 'pgriz' mentioned, it's better to shoot one or two days BEFORE the full moon, or even the morning after the full moon.
