Hi,
I am curious about your opinion on my shot. I am not decided if the composition is right (half on half) or it should be taken with different proportion.

I don't normally favour half and half shots with the horizon dead centre in the middle, either to favour more sky or if there is something to be seen on the ground. However, I think that reflection makes it work well here.

Nice shot. plenty of colour... what are those boxes?

I really don't have any problem with your shoreline approximately in the middle (it's not exact) but there doesn't seem to be a main subject. The wood-duck houses are somewhat distracting as there are too many to claim that they might be the main subject.

What if you centered the shoreline and cropped to only the left side, leaving the boxes completely out? Or leaving just the first one.
