I think it's a nice composition and I like the way the fallen leaves on the water give it a nice fall texture, but to me it looks rather over-processed. The blues in the sky are too blue (particularly for an "on coming storm") and the yellows just look way too hot. If it were me, I might try backing off the saturation just a bit and maybe bring down the highlights a little.
