Beautiful work!!! No such thing as over boosting the colour. It is all in the way that you perceive the shot.

I like the last shot best, however perhaps if you crop it abit so that the headstone isn't right in too central in the shot, I think the effect will be a lot better.

I dig the first shot. Nice colors. I often feel I boost to much as well but, they are your shots and you should do what you feel brings out the mood youre looking for. I dont like to see overcolored mountain sides and streams but with cemeteries and sunsets...go for it. Nice.
